Below are answers to some of our customers' most often asked questions, including labor rates, service time/turnaround, and product information.

Q: What are your rates?
A: We have some of the most competitive rates in the Fox Valley.  We don't claim to be the cheapest in town but we will give you the best service and support you'll find anywhere, and we always install the HIGHEST quality product available in your budget.  However, because specific labor rates can vary and are dependent upon a variety of factors, a detailed price sheet can be quick-viewed by clicking here or downloaded and printed by clicking here.

Q: Do I get a warranty?
A: All work by Anderson HVAC is guaranteed, but some vary depending on the type of work and the materials used.  All new products carry manufacturer warranties.

Q: What is the turnaround time if I call right now?
A: Wait times vary with the seasons, however, job completion (turnaround) time can be as little as a few hours. 

Q: Do you repair existing furnaces and A/C units?
A: Yes.  We repair all makes and models from any manufacturer.

Q: What do you install?
A: We install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and water heaters in such brand names such as Bryant, Payne, Mitsubishi, NTI Boilers, Burnham Boilers, Weil McLain Boilers and NTI indirect water heaters in all shapes, sizes, and capacities.  Please see the product page for specifics or call for a quote.
